Fresh seasonal flowers, focal, complementary and filler blooms with greenery, bouquet wrapping, ribbon, signage, attendants where listed, and delivery, setup and pickup within Nassau County. Flower-inclusive package pricing is separate from cart-only rental pricing.

            Starting charges for cart-only rentals and for packages delivered outside the included Nassau County area. Full-service packages already include Nassau County delivery — the Nassau fee is never added twice; other locations are charged as the delivery difference or a custom logistics fee set by an administrator.

                  Can I book the flower bar instantly online?
                  No. Every flower-cart request is submitted as a quote request. Availability, flowers, staffing, access and final pricing are confirmed in writing by FFS Event Rentals.
                  What is the difference between cart-only and full-service?
                  Cart-only rental is the styled cart, buckets and standard sign for $450 per event day — no fresh flowers, wrapping, tools or attendants. Full-service flower bar packages start at $950 and include fresh seasonal flowers, wrapping, ribbon, signage, attendants where listed and Nassau County delivery, setup and pickup.
                  How many stems does each guest receive?
                  Between six and nine stems depending on the package, curated from focal flowers, complementary flowers, filler flowers and greenery. Not every stem is a premium focal flower.
                  Are specific flower varieties guaranteed?
                  No. Fresh flowers are seasonal and naturally variable. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the agreed color palette and overall design.
                  Is the security authorization charged online?
                  No. Cart-only rentals require a $750 refundable security authorization, displayed separately from the rental total and completed by an administrator after the quote is approved.
                  Do you serve outside Nassau County?
                  Yes — Suffolk County, the Hamptons, Montauk, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island. Packages include Nassau County delivery; other locations are quoted as a delivery difference or custom logistics fee.
