Manhattan jobs are won or lost on building access, not on equipment. Before we confirm a delivery we work out the dock, the freight elevator hours, the COI holder names and the exact window your building will accept.
Addresses outside these areas are quoted manually by a coordinator. Delivery fees are zone-based and shown as a separate line on every quote.
Most commercial buildings and many co-ops require a COI naming the building owner and managing agent before a vendor is allowed upstairs. Send the building's sample certificate with your request and we will issue a matching one; allow a few business days.
Freight elevators typically run limited weekday hours and charge for after-hours use. We plan the load-in inside your building's window, and any after-hours or overtime delivery is quoted as a separate line so you can approve it.
Where there is no dock, we plan curbside unloading, a hand-truck route and stair carries. Tell us the floor and whether there is an elevator — a fifth-floor walk-up changes both the crew and the fee.
The wood-fired pizza trailer needs legal parking, clearance from the building and, in many cases, venue or FDNY-related approval. Rooftops and enclosed spaces are generally not viable. We review each Manhattan trailer request individually and decline sites we cannot run safely.
Alongside equipment rentals we run staffed stations in Manhattan: the Fiero Forni wood-fired pizza trailer, the Fabbri gelato systems and the mobile flower bar. These are quote-only: site access, power and clearance are reviewed before a date is held.
