How Rentals Work

From selecting dates to pickup — how a rental order moves through our shop.

• 1. Choose your delivery and pickup dates and enter your event ZIP code.
• 2. Add inventory to your rental cart; minimums and pack sizes apply automatically.
• 3. Submit a quote request — this is not yet a confirmed reservation.
• 4. A coordinator confirms availability, delivery pricing and final terms.
