Party and Catering Equipment Rentals in New York City

In New York City the equipment is the easy part. What decides whether an event runs on time is the dock, the freight elevator, the certificate of insurance and the window the building will actually accept. We quote city deliveries around those constraints, in writing, before a date is held. We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx; Staten Island is available by confirmation because it changes the routing for the day.

What we plan for in New York City

Certificates of insurance

Commercial buildings, co-ops, hotels and most managed venues require a COI naming the owner and the managing agent before a vendor is allowed past the dock. Send the building's sample certificate with your request. We issue a matching one, and we build the lead time for it into the schedule rather than discovering it the day before.

Loading docks and freight elevators

Freight elevators run limited weekday hours and are usually shared. We book a slot, size the load to the elevator, and quote after-hours or overtime access as its own line so you can approve it before it is incurred.

Exact-time delivery and building windows

A one-hour window is available anywhere in the city and is priced as an exact-time delivery. Where a building dictates the window, that window wins, and the quote states it plainly.

Parking, tolls and stair carries

Curbside-only addresses, bridge and tunnel tolls, and walk-up floors all change crew size and time on site. We ask for the floor, the elevator type and the carry distance up front so the delivery estimate is the number you actually pay.

Power for commercial equipment

Refrigeration, ovens, warming cabinets and induction equipment each need a specified circuit and amperage. Every product page lists the requirement, and for city venues we confirm the available service before the unit is loaded.

Fire safety and open flame

Wood-fired and propane equipment is reviewed individually. Rooftops, tents and enclosed spaces are frequently not viable in the five boroughs, and we decline sites we cannot operate safely rather than leave that decision to the event day.

Overnight and late pickup

Many city venues require equipment gone the same night. Late-night breakdown and pickup is quoted as after-hours service; where the venue allows a next-morning collection, that is the cheaper option and we will say so.

Most requested here

  • Corporate, showroom and brand events: glassware, dinnerware, bar and catering equipment
  • Loft, gallery and hotel receptions: refrigeration, warming cabinets, prep tables
  • Temporary and pop-up kitchens: ovens, induction burners, sheet-pan racks, handwashing
  • Live stations: Fabbri gelato systems, the mobile flower bar, and the pizza trailer where a compliant outdoor position exists

Scheduling

  • Allow a week when a COI is required — the building controls that clock, not us.
  • Exact-time windows are available citywide and are quoted as a timed delivery.
  • Same-night pickups are after-hours service; next-morning collection is cheaper where the venue permits it.

Alongside equipment rentals we run staffed stations in New York City: the Fiero Forni wood-fired pizza trailer, the Fabbri gelato systems and the mobile flower bar. These are quote-only: site access, power and clearance are reviewed before a date is held.

New York City rental questions

Which boroughs do you deliver to?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx as standard. Staten Island is quoted by confirmation because it commits the truck for most of the day.
Can you meet a building's certificate of insurance requirements?
Yes. Send the sample certificate and the exact names the building requires, and we issue a matching COI ahead of the load-in.
Do you rent commercial kitchen equipment for a temporary NYC kitchen?
Yes — ovens, refrigeration, freezers, warming and proofing cabinets, induction burners, prep tables and sheet-pan racks, each listed with its power requirement.
Is there a delivery minimum in the city?
Delivery is zone-based and some zones carry a minimum order. The applicable fee and minimum are shown on your quote before you approve it.
