What we plan for in Suffolk County
Vineyard and beach sites
Gravel lots, sand approaches and long carries from the parking area are normal out east. Tell us the distance from where a truck can park to where equipment must land — that number changes the crew size we send.
Village permits and noise rules
Several East End villages restrict early-morning deliveries and generator use. We schedule around those rules; we do not promise a delivery time that would break them.

- Summer house parties: bar equipment, glassware, gelato and pizza stations

Scheduling
- East End peak-season Saturdays are the first dates to sell out.
- Day-before delivery is often the safer choice for Hamptons events and is quoted as an extra rental day.
- Return runs from Montauk are scheduled with the venue, not left open-ended.

- Can you deliver the day before a Hamptons wedding?
- Usually that is the safer plan. A day-before delivery is quoted as an additional rental day and protects you from summer traffic.
- Do you handle vineyard and beach sites?
- Yes, provided we know the distance from truck parking to the setup point. That number determines crew size and whether the pizza trailer can be positioned safely.
