What we plan for in Queens
Catering hall paperwork
Many Queens halls require a vendor COI and a set delivery window. We issue the certificate to the venue's named parties and schedule inside their window.
Outdoor and park-adjacent events
Public-space events usually need a permit held by the organizer, and generators may be restricted. We deliver to the access point named on the permit and coordinate pickup at the stated end time.
