Yes. Billable days are calculated from your delivery and pickup dates, and multi-day rates apply automatically in the cart before you request a quote.

Do you supply power for refrigeration at a backyard event?

We do not rent generators, but we tell you the exact circuit and amperage each unit needs so you or your generator supplier can size it correctly.

Long Island is our home service area. Most of the island is a single-truck day for us, which means tighter delivery windows, later pickups and fewer surcharges than a Manhattan job of the same size. We deliver tabletop, catering and refrigeration equipment as well as our staffed live culinary stations across Nassau and Suffolk.

What we plan for in Long Island

Driveway and lawn deliveries

Most Long Island events are residential. We plan for driveway drop points, lawn setups and tent-adjacent staging. Soft ground after rain matters for the Fiero Forni pizza trailer and the gelato cart — we confirm a firm approach path before the trailer is dispatched.

Power on residential sites

Countertop gelato and refrigeration equipment needs dedicated circuits. On older homes we ask which circuits are free, and we will recommend a generator rather than risk tripping the house panel mid-event.

East End timing

Summer traffic east of Riverhead adds real hours. For Hamptons and Montauk dates we schedule wider delivery windows or a day-before drop, and we say so on the quote instead of promising a window we cannot hold.
