An East End date is a full-day commitment for a truck and a crew, and pretending otherwise is how events go wrong. We quote Hamptons deliveries honestly: wider windows in season, day-before drops where they protect the event, and a delivery line you can see rather than a cost buried in item pricing. We serve Southampton through Montauk, plus the North Fork.

What we plan for in The Hamptons

Summer traffic is a scheduling fact

From Memorial Day through Labor Day the run east of Riverhead can add hours in either direction. We schedule wide windows or a day-before delivery and state that on the quote instead of promising a time we cannot hold.

Private estates and long carries

Gravel drives, hedged entrances, pool decks and lawn setups are the norm. The distance from where a truck can legally stop to where equipment must land decides the crew size, so we ask for it before quoting.

Soft ground and trailer positioning

The Fiero Forni pizza trailer needs a firm approach and a level position with clearance from structures and plantings. After heavy rain we re-confirm the approach path before dispatch rather than risk a trailer on a wet lawn.

Village rules and noise limits

Several East End villages restrict early-morning deliveries, generator use and late breakdown. We work inside those rules and will not commit to a schedule that breaks them.

Power at seasonal houses

Seasonal and rental homes often have limited free circuits. Refrigeration and gelato equipment each list their amperage; where the house cannot support it, a generator sized to the load is the right answer and we will say so early.

Tents, caterers and shared vendors

Most Hamptons weddings involve a tent company, a caterer and us on the same site. We coordinate our load-in around the tent build so tabletop and refrigeration arrive after the structure, not before.

Scheduling

  • Peak-season Saturdays east of the canal are the first dates to sell out — request them as early as possible.
  • Day-before delivery is quoted as an extra rental day and is usually the safer choice in July and August.
  • Pickups are scheduled with the venue or estate manager, never left open-ended.

Live culinary experiences in The Hamptons

Alongside equipment rentals we run staffed stations in The Hamptons: the Fiero Forni wood-fired pizza trailer, the Fabbri gelato systems and the mobile flower bar. These are quote-only: site access, power and clearance are reviewed before a date is held.

How far east do you deliver?
Southampton through Montauk, plus the North Fork. Shelter Island is quoted by confirmation because of the ferry schedule.
Why is the Hamptons delivery fee higher?
An East End delivery occupies a truck and crew for most of a day in each direction during the season. We show that as a delivery line rather than inflating equipment rates.
Can the wood-fired pizza trailer come to a private estate?
Usually yes, with a firm, level approach and clearance from structures and plantings. We review the site and any village restrictions before holding the date.
Do you work alongside our caterer and tent company?
Routinely. Tell us the tent build schedule and the caterer's arrival, and we sequence our load-in around them.
