What we plan for in Nassau County

Venue rules come first

Nassau catering halls and clubs usually have a house list of approved vendors, a loading entrance and a fixed load-in window. Send us the venue name with your request and we will match the paperwork — including a certificate of insurance — to their requirements.

Open-flame and trailer approvals

The wood-fired pizza trailer needs an outdoor position with clearance from structures and an approved approach. Many Nassau clubs will allow it in a parking or patio area with advance notice; we ask for that confirmation before the date is held.

Short-notice adds

Because Nassau is close, we can often add missed items — extra glassware, another chafer, more linens — on a second run the morning of the event.

  • Home entertaining: tables, chairs, bar equipment, refrigeration

Scheduling

  • Same-week delivery is common for in-stock tabletop and catering items.
  • Staffed live stations should be requested at least two to three weeks ahead.
  • Timed one-hour windows are available and priced as an exact-time delivery.

Live culinary experiences in Nassau County
