Operating requirements & warnings
- • Cart-only rental does not include fresh flowers, bouquet wrapping, ribbon, floral tools, attendants, custom signage, umbrella or canopy, floral decorations, or delivery and pickup.
- • A $750 refundable security authorization, signed rental agreement and government-issued identification are required for cart-only rentals.
- • Fresh flowers are seasonal and naturally variable. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the agreed color palette.

- No. All requests for this item are submitted as quote requests. Availability, delivery access, staffing and final charges are reviewed and confirmed by FFS Event Rentals before anything is reserved.
- How is the rental price calculated?
- The system automatically applies the least expensive rental tier that covers your delivery and pickup dates. Add-ons, delivery and applicable taxes are estimated separately.
- Is the security authorization charged online?
- No. A $750.00 refundable security authorization is required, but it is handled by an administrator after the quote is reviewed and is not included in the estimated rental total unless actually charged.
- Are ingredients included?
- No. Ingredients, prepared mixtures, gelato mix, toppings and serving products are not included unless specifically added to the quote.
- Do you deliver outside the standard service area?
- Yes, by manual confirmation. If your ZIP code is outside a configured zone the estimate will show “Manual Confirmation Required” and a coordinator will price the delivery.
